Flapjack

yummy! 

250g Porridge Oats
125g Butter
125g Brown Sugar
2-3tbs Golden Syrup


1. Place the Butter, brown Sugar and the golden syrup in a pott and heat the things until the butter is melted and until everything is fully mixed. Now add the Oat. 

2. Lightly grease a baking tin with butter and spoon in all the mixture.

3. Using the back of a spoon press into the corners so the mixture is flat and score the mixtre into 8 or 12 sqaures.

4. Place in the Oven and bake on 180 degrees until golden bron (about 20 min.) 


So easy and good! I made mine with almonds but you can add raisins or other dry fruits......also you can covered them with white or brown chocolate at the end.
