The combination seems a little bit strange ...but trust me it taste fantastic!
500g Beef mince

Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat add meat, onions and leeks.Cook until onions and leeks until soft and the meat brown
Add everything else other than the soft cheese and Cheedar and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Now add soft cheese/cheedar and cook for. 5 more minutes. Taste and adjust spices if
necessary. Serve hot with good bread like a Irish Soda bread (you`ll find the recipes on this blog.)
Perfect for rainy days! And for a good Dinner after a busy day just make the soup one day befor and at the evening preheat the soup and served with a light White Wine.
